Scott and his wife, Nikki, have been married since 1996 and are the proud parents of 4 daughters: Marissa, Regan, Alicia, and Jadyn. 
Scott has been the Lead Pastor at Exodus since August of 2007.  Before coming to Longview, he spent 11 years as a Youth Pastor in Fruitland, ID and Spokane Valley, WA.
Scott graduated from Central College of McPherson, KS with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry in 1996.
In his free time, he loves to play softball and basketball, and watch his beloved Mariners and Seahawks.
Shelly and her husband Dylan have been married for 17 years and have been part of the Exodus family for 17 years. They have 4 children: 2 daughters Sofie and Selah- 2 sons August and Tobias & son-in law Carson.
Shelly has spent most of her life in the local area graduating from Castle Rock High School and attended LCC.
Shelly loves helping people in her administrative role here at Exodus by overseeing the day to day church operations. Her favorite part of her job is meeting new people and helping with the needs of many within the Exodus Family and in the local community. 
Kevin was born in Madera, CA and spent his formative years growing up in Fortuna, CA. He moved to Eugene to go to college in 1979, attending Northwest Christian University and receiving his AA degree from Lane Community College.
Kevin and his wife Kristi were married in 2001 and have 3 children- a son, Christopher, a daughter, Kennedy and a Goldendoodle, Copper.
Kevin joined the Exodus staff in August of 2018, as Associate Pastor, after falling in love with the body. He feels fortunate to be part of a church that loves investing in the lives of others.

Sharon Dennis and her husband Pat live in Cathlamet, Wa.  Sharon taught high level math in High School before retiring to devote her attention to ministry.  She is a tireless worker who has been instrumental in the lives of hundreds of people.
Sharon has been an integral part in seeing lives transformed through the 12 Step Recovery Program at Exodus.
She has one daughter, Shawn, and two grandchildren.
Austi and her husband, Allan, came to Exodus in 2014 with their son Jackson. Little Benjamin was born in 2016.
Austi has a strong passion for organizing and teaching bible stories to the children that are part of Exodus. She loves being able to spread God’s Word to many children on Sunday’s on special events!
In her free time she enjoys camping & spending time with family.
Linda and her husband, Dave, are longtime Longview residents. Avid Lower Columbia College boosters, the two of them have led Bible Studies for college athletes for over a decade.  Recently they affiliated with FCA and have seen God do amazing things in the lives of these students.
Linda loves to study her Bible, encourage others, cheer on the WSU Cougars, and spend time with her grandchildren.

Kane was born and raised in Spokane, WA and is a graduate of Gonzaga Prep High School. He was recruited by LCC to play baseball, he moved to Longview, where he won an NWAC championship in 2015 and graduated with his AA degree.
Kane felt a strong call/nudge from The Lord to serve in Ministry! He came on staff here at Exodus in 2015 and is currently our Youth Director. Kane married RA Long graduate Jenny Hagen in 2017. 
Kane is energetic and passionate about serving our youth and is challenges them to take the next step in their spiritual journey.
Rick and his wife Colleen are the parents of two daughters, Kariann and Lindy. Two son-in laws Cody and Shawn.Rick is a grandpa to 2 beautiful grandchildren. Rick has attended Exodus for 25 years.  During that time he has been involved in many areas of leadership.
He served as Youth Pastor for several years, worship leader, he has been a member of the Board of Administration and has often filled the pulpit. 
Currently he is helping Kane in the Exodus Student Ministries program.
